Santoro Homes is an intimate design-build firm that focuses on each customer’s unique needs, aspirations, and budget.  “The business of designing and building a custom home is very personal,” says Brian.  “We work very hard to execute and deliver a great home or remodeling experience with the ultimate goal of exceeding our customers expectations”.  One way they have accomplished this result, is by engaging service minded professionals whose efforts and goals are fully aligned with the clients they serve.

Their goal is to create “Customers for life”.  From the first meeting, through the design, build, move-in phase, and well into the life of the home, they want to remain a trusted and reliable source for all your home needs.  They encourage clients to call them for as long as they own their home.

Santoro Homes is owned and managed by Brian, Sean, and Colin Santoro. They are all Mechanical Engineers and Certified Professional Homebuilders, licensed in the state of Georgia.  They have further earned the Earthcraft certification, which employs state-of-the-art methods and materials to deliver energy efficient and healthy homes for their clients.  Santoro Homes and their teams have built in Atlanta’s most prestigious neighborhoods including; Country Club of the South, St Ives Country Club, St Marlo Country Club, Creekstone Estates, The Manor Golf and Country Club, Vickery Springs, Currahee Club, The Enclave of Lake Hartwell and private properties all over the greater Atlanta and North Georgia area.
